Lough Erne Resort introduces compulsory use of facial protection by staff
Five-star Lough Erne Resort has laid claim as the first hotel in Northern Ireland to introduce compulsory use of face coverings by all staff within the resort.
The move is a new addition to the resort’s Guest Care and Wellbeing Promise, introduced as part of its re-opening after lockdown on July 17.
Alongside the compulsory wearing of facial protection by staff, the comprehensive Guest Care and Wellbeing promise includes the introduction of Staff and Guest temperature checking, the provision of single-use items, sealed rooms, and the introduction of a dedicated Guest Care and Wellbeing Team.
A new guest care video is also available, outlining Lough Erne Resort’s commitment to guest care and wellbeing through its wide range of newly introduced facilities and systems.
