The Last Word

The Last Word with Laura Vass, business development manager, Criton

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN THIS ROLE?
One year.

DESCRIBE A TYPICAL DAY?
My day always starts with a cup of tea and then checking in with the team at Criton HQ. I will have a mix of internal meetings and online demos scheduled in my diary to prepare for. Online demos take me all round the world speaking with hotels and resorts about their guest journey and introducing our Guest Engagement Platform. We are a tech company with hospitality at its heart, so I love speaking with properties about enhancing their guest experience and increasing revenue through technology.
