Introducing Guinness 232°c, a festival of epic fired up flavours

Guinness 232°C will transform Belfast venue, The Dark Horse into a two-day festival devoted to beer, food and music this October

Award Winning Bia Rebel is Northern Ireland's only hand-made, locally sourced ramen shop, making noodles fresh every day. From their ramen bowels to tasty gyozas, each dish is filled with an Irish – Japanese savoury fusion which can be enjoyed at ‘Guinness 232’.

Guinness 232°C is coming to Belfast, partnering with the renowned Bia Rebel who will command the grills of The Dark Horse, with just one rule – to cook over live fire! This exciting one-off event will take place on October 26th and 27th.

Guinness 232°C was born from the exact temperature Guinness roasts its barley. Just like the roasters, Ireland’s best chefs are drawn to the challenge of fire. Uncovering great flavour through flame is an adventure, a freedom – a craft.

Curated by food expert, Ali Dunworth, Guinness 232°C will see Bia Rebel break free of their kitchen and challenged to create a one-off menu featuring the very best Irish produce forged in fire. Oysters and roast beef with aromas of Guinness will be flame-grilled to a perfect combination of flavours born of fire – just like roasting the barley, there’s no faking it when you’re cooking over live fire.

Continuing to fan the flames for the best talent across Ireland an eclectic programme of live music and entertainment will be curated by John Mahon of The Locals.

Tickets are on sale now via and priced at £10.00 including booking fee which includes a complimentary pint of Guinness or Pure Brew non-alcoholic lager and two signature dishes.
