Healthy eating chain Freshii will open its second Belfast city centre restaurant as part of its roll-out of nine stores across Northern Ireland.
The chain is taking on a large unit at Callender Street in the city centre, which has been refurbished and refurnished.
Alterity Investments has already submitted a planning application for a change of use from retail to hot food.
Freshii, which sells burritos, wraps and salads, is also opening another spot at The Quays shopping centre in Newry.
Its first restaurant is based at Donegall Square West, close to Belfast City Hall.
It is set to open more stores in shopping centres and major towns, creating over 100 full and part-time jobs.
