Adare Manor is coming to Belfast! On Tuesday 4th July we will be in The Titanic Belfast between 8am – 8pm and would love to interview Chefs & F&B Management candidates for employment opportunities that are #beyondeverything. We offer accommodation in Adare for relocating Chefs who want to be part of the most exciting resort opening to ever happen in Ireland!

This is a new beginning for Adare Manor. We have completed the largest refurbishment, restoration and expansion in Irish history. We have enriched the majesty that has made Adare Manor legendary. And when we re-open our doors this autumn, we will pioneer a new era in 5-star hospitality that is, quite literally, beyond everything.

Our Culinary Team will be headed by Chef Loughlin Druhan – a distinguished professional with career spanning the continents of Europe, North America, Africa and Asia.

Combining his extensive expertise from some of the world’s most highly regarded and awarded kitchens, Chef Loughlin’s mission is to take dining and epicurean pursuits to an elevated experience, where cuisine, service, ambience and value come together to respect and reflect traditions with an interpretation that is both modern and fresh.

On the day we will be recruiting for the following roles:

– Sous Chef
– Chef de Partie
– Demi Chef de Partie
– Commis Chef
– Back of House Manager

Between our signature restaurant (The Oak Room), our more contemporary and eclectic option (The Carriage House), the elegance of the Gallery & Drawing Room where breakfast and afternoon tea will be served respectively along with our new ballroom facilities where special events such as weddings, functions etc. will be hosted – we have a diverse and stimulating range of culinary and commis chef employment opportunities available.

We are also keen on speaking to exceptional Food and Beverage Professionals to join the team of Brendan O’Connor: our Director of Food & Beverage.

Brendan has the following roles available:

– Restaurant Manager for Oak Room
– Operations Manager for Carriage House
– Food & Beverage Manager responsible for Banqueting
– Head Mixologist
