Ballygally Castle’s Head Chef, Kevin Osborne, won Hotel Chef of the Year recently at the Institute of Hospitality Northern Ireland’s Janus Awards 2016. The event which was held in Belfast celebrates the best of the best in hospitality.

Kevin said of his win: “I am delighted to have been recognised with this fantastic award. The whole team at Ballygally Castle works incredibly hard to deliver first class food and service to our customers so to be recognised in this way is very rewarding.  The Janus awards identify individuals and companies who exemplify excellence so I’m thrilled to receive this and really appreciate all the encouragement I have had from my colleagues at Ballygally Castle.”
