Former ‘Corrie’ star to show off chef skills at St George’s Market
Former Coronation Street actor, now chef and cheese maker Sean Wilson.
A well known face from British television, now an acclaimed chef and award-winning artisan cheese maker, will be showing off his skills at St George’s Market on Saturday, July 4.
Sean Wilson, who portrayed Martin Platt in ‘Coronation Street’ for 20 years, will be cooking up a storm, hosting two separate 45 minute cookery demonstrations during the morning, as well as taking part in a Q&A session and signing copies of his book, ‘The Great Northern Cookbook’.
Over the years, Wilson has cooked in several Michelin starred restaurant, and owns the Saddleworth Cheese Company.
